This is within walking distance of the Lincoln Transport Hub (bus/train stations) and walking distance of Lincoln University.
Lincoln Counselling Centre is based on the high street opposite the Lincs international supermarket and between Hollywood Nails and Taxi office.
There is a flight of steps leading up to the rooms.

Breathe
- Breathe in through your nose for the count of 5 right down into your belly
- Hold for the count of 6
- Breathe out right down to the bottom of your belly to the count of 7
- Do this 3 times one after the other
